August has been a busy and productive month at the resort. While many of our seasonal guests are away, we’ve been hard at work on improvements, preparing the property for fall, and ensuring everything will be ready for a fantastic upcoming season.
🛠️ Resort Project Updates
- Storage Building Construction Construction is underway and progressing on schedule, with completion targeted for late September.
- Clubhouse Enhancements Fresh paint, deep cleaning, and décor updates are nearly complete—just in time for seasonal arrivals.
- Landscaping & Dock Maintenance Summer projects have included palm trimming, new plantings, and dock repairs, keeping the marina and grounds in top shape.
🎉 Looking Ahead
- Fall & Winter Event Planning Our team is finalizing a full calendar of social gatherings, themed events, and community activities to enjoy when the season begins.
- Guest Engagement Opportunities We’re encouraging guests to book golf carts, dock slips, and tours early to secure their spots for peak season fun.
- Hurricane Readiness As part of summer operations, we’ve completed equipment checks, supply inventories, and staff training to ensure we’re prepared and safe this storm season.
