CODE OF CONDUCT
Common courtesy is expected between all persons in the Resort.
All guests and visitors are responsible for abiding by Resort rules and policies.
The following are case for immediate eviction and, when appropriate, may be referred to law enforcement for prosecution:
Possession, use, or display of firearms, lethal weapons, or fireworks.
Profane, abusive, or threatening language directed at staff or other guests.
Any action(s) that interfere with the operation of the Resort.
Depending on the severity of the violation, guests exceeding the Resort’s 10mph speed limit.
Willful damage or defacing of Resort property
These rules and policies supersede any previously written or discussed rules or policies.
All motor coaches must be Class A or Super C, twelve years or newer, at least 36' or longer, and in excellent condition.
Check-in time is 1:00pm. Early check-ins may be accommodated, depending on availability and with prior approval from management.
Check-out time is 11:00am. Late check-outs may be accommodated, depending on availability and with prior approval from management.
Resort management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
No refunds or credits will be given for early departures.
PARK RULES AND GENERAL INFORMATION
The speed limit throughout the park is 10 mph.
All vehicles must park in designated spaces only. Parking on grass or in unauthorized areas is not permitted. NO PARKING IN ANY EMPTY SITES IS PERMITTED.
The testing, repairing, or tuning of vehicles is not allowed in the Resort.
Wood fires are not permitted in the Resort.
Resort guests are responsible for the conduct, behavior and control of their children and visiting guests.
Children under the age of 18 must be under the supervision of the parent or sponsoring adult member at all times. Under no circumstances are children to be in the clubhouse or pool area without direct adult supervision.
Skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades, and roller skates may not be used on the premises.
All sewer hoses must have a watertight sewer donut. Please ensure that all of your hookups are sealed and in proper working order.
All of the buildings are smoke-free zones. Please properly dispose of cigarettes in designated receptacles located in the pool area and on the veranda.
Quiet hours in the Resort: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.
Golf cart rentals are available for $35.00 daily, plus tax or $400 monthly, plus tax.
Renters must provide a valid driver's license and abide by the Golf Cart Rental Agreement's rules and regulations.
Only authorized users are permitted to operate golf carts. Minors are strictly prohibited from operating golf carts.
Gate entry transmitters are available at check-in and must be returned to the front desk before departure. A $50.00 fee will be assessed and charged to your credit card for any lost or non-returned gate entry transmitter.
No tents, screen rooms, or pop-up campers allowed.
Clotheslines are prohibited.
No flags or advertisements are permitted to be displayed.
A maximum of four persons are permitted per site. Additional guests may be permitted, with prior management approval at an additional charge of $10.00 per person per night, plus tax.
One motor coach and one vehicle are permitted per site. Extra vehicles may be placed in the storage lot, space permitting, for an additional fee of $6.00 per night, plus tax.
Utility trailers are not permitted in the Resort and may be stored in the storage lot, space permitting. Motor coaches may store one item free of charge, space permitting. Storing additional items is subject to management approval and will incur an additional fee of $6.00 per night, plus tax.
No storage containers are permitted on the site.
No personal alcohol may be brought into the Clubhouse.
Everglades Isle reserves the right to change your site number in exchange for another site of equal or greater value or with a refund for a site of lesser value.
Everglades Isle is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables secured at all times.
Resort guests are financially responsible for any damage to Resort property, intentional or accidental. Willful damage or defacing of Resort property will be cause for immediate eviction and/or prosecution.
Guests use the Resort facilities and amenities at their own risk. The Resort is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather or catastrophic events.
Trash is to be bagged and placed at the curb of your site before 11:00am or placed in the dumpster located at the south end of the Resort.
Large items are to be disposed of elsewhere outside of the Resort.
Hazardous waste items are not to be disposed of anywhere in the Resort.
We’re happy to welcome pets at Everglades Isle! Bring your furry friends along. We simply ask that you follow these rules:
Pet owners are required to sign a Pet Hold Harmless Agreement at the time of check-in.
A maximum of two pets is allowed per site, unless approved by management in advance.
Pets must be on a leash when outside of the motor coach.
Pets must not be left unattended anywhere in the resort and are not permitted to run loose in the community.
Aggressive breeds are not allowed in the Resort. All pets are subject to approval by management.
Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. If the individual responsible for the pet does not adequately address or cure the problem, they will be asked to leave the resort immediately.
Pet waste must be immediately and properly disposed of in a sealed plastic bag. There will be a $20.00 fee assessed to anyone who does not clean up after their pet.
Pets, except for licensed service/seeing-eye dogs, are not allowed in the Clubhouse or the pool deck. All licensed service/seeing-eye dog documentation must be presented upon check-in.
A fenced-in dog-run is located at the north end of the resort next to the parking area. Please respect other guests and their pets.
Pets are not allowed on the dock system.
The pool is open from dawn until dusk.
No Lifeguard is on duty. Swimming is at your own risk.
No diving or running around the pool.
Proper swimming attire must be worn in the pool. Cut-off shorts are not considered appropriate swimming attire. Children that are not potty-trained must wear swim diapers.
Under no circumstances are children to be in the pool area without direct adult supervision.
All persons must use on-site showers prior to entering the pool.
No glass containers or other glass objects are permitted in the pool area.
The management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the resort and its guests or for failing to observe the rules of the community. Rules are subject to change.
