Approximately 35 miles south of Naples, the resort accommodates motorcoaches up to 45' in length (36' minimum). Everglades Isle boasts first-class amenities amid lush Florida landscaping and waterfront scenery.

Policies

  • Only one motorcoach unit per site. All motorcoaches must be Class A. Motor coaches must be twelve years or younger, a minimum of 36’, and in excellent condition. 2 vehicles per site.
  • All rates subject to a 11% sales tax.
  • Site type is guaranteed; site number may be subject to change.
  • 2 adults, 2 children maximum per motor home. Additional guest charges apply.

Cancellations

  • Notice of cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to the reservation date for nightly and weekly reservations. 30 days notice for monthly reservations.
  • A cancellation fee will be applied. If a cancellation is not submitted within that time, guest will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one nights rent (daily and weekly reservations). No refunds given for monthly reservations made after cancellation deadline.
  • No credits or refunds will be given for early departures.
  • Deposits: the credit card on file will only be charged if notice of cancellation is not received in a timely manner.
