Waterside Enterprises, LLC has released plans for Everglades Isle, an exclusive Class A Motorcoach Retreat located in Everglades City. Everglades Isle will consist of only 61 motorcoach pads in a private, gated waterfront community with a clubhouse, marina and boat slips offering direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. “Everglades Isle will be among the world’s premier waterfront motorcoach retreats,” said Bob Wells, Director of Sales and Marketing for Everglades Isles. “It is situated at the gateway to the Everglades National Park. The 22' x 55' pads are comfortably situated on large 38' x 60' lots and will accommodate coaches up to 45 feet in length. Each lot includes Power House hookups with a 20 A GFI duplex receptacle, a 30 A 125 V receptacle and a 50 A 125/250 V receptacle. In addition there is a phone jack, Cable TV hookup, Internet WIFI, a Water Connection and a meter socket. The Everglades Isle amenities are unparalleled. The 8,500 square foot Old Florida style clubhouse features a wrap-around veranda. It includes two spa treatment salons, a manicure and pedicure salon, full fitness center, multi-purpose room, a 60" flat screen TV, lockers, ladies and mens lounge-w/showers, laundry facilities, library reading room, fireplace & drawing room, sports bar with flat screen TV, pantry and kitchen amenities and a unique Light House Observation Deck overlooking the river.
