We have been busy making preparations for the Anniversary Party in January, signing up the bands to play, making sure the boats bring us plenty of stone crabs. Looks like Neal Boortz will be coming in his coach and staying with us for a while. There are still a few spots available. Most of the waterfront lots are taken, but we still have waterview lots available. This is going to be an exciting week-end with plenty of entertainment and great food. Give us a call.

Traveling I75 recently I noticed the Motorcoaches coming South. It seems everybody is getting a head start on the Winter Season. Our Winter Residents are already checking in and getting ready to enjoy the Everglades hospitality here at Everglades Isle.

We can feel the change in the weather and soon our Winter Residents will be returning.
Some of our recent guests here at Everglades Isle enjoyed a kayak tour through the Ten Thousand Islands. Kayaking has become a popular way to explore the Florida Everglades.

Everglades City has been a bustling little town lately. We have the Anglers’ Cup Fishing Tournament in full swing with over 100 fishermen trying for the big prize. Every year this is a very popular tournament - serious fishing and a lot of fun.
Florida Lobster is in Season, and the Lobster Boats are reporting good catches. There isn’t a better time to visit one of our local seafood markets for some fresh Florida Lobster.
