What is Everglades Isle™?

Everglades Isle™ a class a Luxury Motor Coach Retreat and Marina and private Lighthouse Club™ which offers its members a unique opportunity to use the retreat's provided amenities. Everglades Isle™ is located in Everglades City, FL.

What are the benefits to becoming a member of Everglades Isle™ Luxury Motor Coach Retreat and Marina?

Full use of the 8,500 square foot Lighthouse Club™, complete with restaurant/lounge, movie theater, fitness center, spa treatment salons, DIRECTV, men's and women's locker rooms, billiards table and laundry facilities, resort-style pool, spa and tropical sun deck • participation in a variety of social events and activities, including boating excursions, fishing lessons, kayaking, cocktail cruises, day trips and sporting events, • right to use Club for private events • right to bring guests to the Club • discounted boat fuel • access to captains and fishing guide services • services of dock master • use of marina facility, including ships store, restrooms, showers and fishing cleaning station • wet slip rentals • golf cart rentals.

Are corporate memberships available?

No. Only individuals can hold membership.

How many memberships will be available in the Lighthouse Club™ ?

A total of 300 memberships will be available. The Lighthouse Club™ , in its sole discretion, may further limit or expand the number of memberships available as the Lighthouse Club™ determines appropriate from time to time.

How do I become a member of the Lighthouse Club™ ?

You must submit a fully completed and executed Social Membership Agreement, provide the requisite membership fees, and be approved by the Lighthouse Club™ .

What will I receive acknowledging my membership in the Lighthouse Club™ ?

Upon approval for membership, you will receive a membership certificate confirming your membership interest.

When are membership dues payable?

Dues are payable annually in advance. The membership year is from November 1st to October 31st. Annual memberships are due in full September 1st. Summer memberships are due in full March 1st.

What is the food and beverage minimum?

Minimums vary by membership plan. Please see Membership Plans information.

How may I obtain membership in the future if none are available?

In the event there are no memberships available, the Lighthouse Club™ will establish a waiting list consisting of individuals who have notified the Lighthouse Club™ , in writing, that they desire to acquire membership and have been approved for membership by the Lighthouse Club™ . Memberships that become available will be offered to persons on the waiting list on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Are non-members allowed to use the Lighthouse Club™ ?

The Club™ shall not be operated as a public accommodation. The Lighthouse Club™ manager must approve member-sponsored functions. Application for approval must be made in writing 30 days in advance of the scheduled event.

Are members of my family entitled to use of my Membership privileges?

Yes. The membership entitles the member and his or her immediate family to use the Lighthouse Club™ facilities. A member's immediate family shall include the member's spouse and their unmarried children under the age of twenty-three who live at home or attend school on a full-time basis. The member must accompany children not meeting these criteria, unless guest card privileges have been established.

The parents, adult children, grandparents and grandchildren of a member and spouse and the spouses of such family members are also entitled to use the Lighthouse Club™ facilities upon payment of reduced fees. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a member adult at all times while using Club's facilities.

Can I bring guests to the Lighthouse Club™ ?

Yes. Members are encouraged to invite guests to the Club. A non member fee is imposed.The Lighthouse Club™ reserves the right to limit the number of times a guest may visit the Lighthouse Club™ .

Are my guests able to use the Lighthouse Club™ facilities?

A bona fide houseguest is defined as a guest who is staying in the immediate area and does not reside in Collier County. The host member must make prior arrangements with the Lighthouse Club™ manager who will issue a card for the guest and his immediate family. A guest may not invite a guest. The houseguest will sign a waiver of liability. All charges by the guest will be billed to the member's account and will be the responsibility of the member. This card is valid for 7 visits to the Club. If the guest does not meet these criteria, the member MUST accompany their guest.

What forms of payment are acceptable at the Lighthouse Club™ ?

There will be no cash or use of credit cards within the Club. All food, beverage, fuel and other services of the Club will be charged to the member's account and billed monthly.

What is the dress code?

Casual attire is permitted in the Clubhouse, verandah and pool area. A shirt and shoes must be worn at all times within the Clubhouse.

Does owning or leasing a slip at Everglades Isle™ entitle me to membership privileges?

No. Membership must be applied for and purchased separately. There are provisions for limited and restricted use by transient boaters in accordance with Club™ policy, which is subject to change.
