Two of our guests rented a boat and went out fishing on the coldest day of the year!  South West Florida does not normally see temperatures below 70 degrees, even during the winter.  This did not stop our guests from their fishing excursion, and it did not prevent them from bringing back a nice variety of fish!  The couple brought back Redfish, Sheephead, Whiting, and Silver Trout.  All of these are native to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and make a great meal!  Of course, it is always tastier when you catch it yourself!  More fishing reports…
